Request account deletion

Enter the email address on your Roamly account and we'll send you a link to confirm. You don't need the app installed.

What happens

  • We email you a confirmation link, good for 24 hours.
  • Once you confirm, nothing is deleted for 30 days — sign in before then to cancel.
  • After 30 days your account, profile, trips and saved guides are permanently deleted.
  • Reviews you wrote stay on the businesses they're about, with your name removed.
