Rathlin Island

We were so excited when we found we could see puffins. However, we did not do much research prior to going, so here's what we learned. To get to the island, you have to take a boat. We took an early morning boat because we wanted to maximize our day. We were on the boat with construction workers and not tourists. It was a rough ride out to the island in the dark/dusk.
