What They Said
I truly cannot say enough great things about the Djed Egypt Travel team. They build a custom itinerary for my wife and I. We had our own guide and driver. The car was very comfortable. They had a representative meet us at the airport as soon as we got off the flight, even in the middle of the night. During the tour we say the Great Pyramids of Giza and Sphinx. Our guide gave a great explanation of the site. Then they brought us to earlier pyramids throughout the areas. The next day, we went to the Egyptian Museum. It was amazing having our own guide to tell us about the exhibits. The next day, we did a tour of mosques and a bizarre. They also brought us to a shop to do some souvenir shopping. I know how hard it is book something "sight unseen" from the United States, but this tour operator was amazing!!! You will not regret it at all.

The guide was incredibly knowledgeable and kind. They both took great care of us throughout our time. The tour was private and just my wife and I.
Was it worth the cost?
I can't remember the price, but it was a very fair price for a private 3 day tour with a driver and tour guide.
Any surprises or tips?
The driver stopped to get us fresh fruits and dates from roadside vendors.
