For Businesses
Reach travelers at the exact moment
they're deciding where to go.
Travelers on Roamly aren't browsing — they're actively planning a trip and making decisions. Claiming your profile puts your business in front of them when it matters most, with the tools to convert their interest into a booking.

Why Roamly — compared to what you're already spending
Most travel marketing reaches people who aren't ready to book. Roamly reaches people who are.
Social ads
You pay to interrupt
Social ads reach people who are scrolling, not planning. The moment you stop paying, the visibility disappears. There's no way to know if an ad changed a traveler's decision.
Paid ranking platforms
You pay to appear higher
Many platforms charge for placement — meaning your competitors can outrank you regardless of quality. Travelers are starting to distrust those rankings, and for good reason.
Roamly
You earn visibility — and keep it
A claimed profile works 24/7. Travelers in active planning mode find you through real reviews, see your response to feedback, and make a decision based on genuine insight — not ad placement.
Travelers on Roamly are in decision mode.
They're not casually browsing. They're searching for a specific destination, reading reviews, generating guides, and building itineraries. That's the highest-intent moment in the entire traveler journey — and it's when your profile needs to be complete, verified, and responsive.

The analytics that actually help you run a better business
Not just a star average. Specific, actionable insight you can act on the same day you read it — the kind most platforms keep hidden or charge extra for.
Review themes
What travelers are actually saying
Know what's driving bookings — and what's quietly costing them.
Real example: "18% of reviews flag slow check-in as a con. Fix it before peak season and watch your worthiness score climb."

Seasonal insight
When travelers rate you highest — and lowest
Stop guessing. Start staffing and operating around real traveler data.
Real example: "Scores drop every July. Three reviews mention understaffing. You now know to hire two more seasonal staff before next summer."
Competitive context
How you rank — and where you can pull ahead
See your standing in your destination category and spot the gaps your competitors are leaving open.
Real example: "Nearby competitors have 23 reviews mentioning 'better breakfast.' You have 2. That's a gap you can close — and a reason travelers are choosing them over you."
These are illustrative examples of what your dashboard will show once your profile has reviews. The more reviews you have, the richer the insight.
Everything included when you claim your profile
One place to manage your presence, respond to travelers, and track the numbers that actually matter.
Verified ownership badge
Travelers see immediately that this page is managed by the real business. Verified profiles build credibility before a traveler even reads the first review.
Full control of your listing
Update hours, photos, amenities, and booking links yourself. Accurate information is the first step to converting a profile view into a booking.
Public review responses
Respond to every review — positive or negative. How a business handles criticism publicly is one of the strongest trust signals a traveler can see.
Theme and sentiment analytics
See the exact words and patterns across all your reviews. Know what's bringing travelers in and what's quietly sending them elsewhere — before it costs you more bookings.
Category and destination ranking
See where you stand in your destination category and how your scores compare to nearby businesses. Your ranking reflects real traveler sentiment — not your marketing budget.
Founding Business recognition
Early businesses receive a Founding badge and prominent placement in the directory as Roamly's traveler base grows. The first 50 spots are free forever.
How to get started
We onboard businesses manually. It takes three steps and we'll walk you through it.
Step 1
Find your business
Search Roamly for your business. If it's already listed from traveler reviews, you claim it. If it's not there yet, we add it during onboarding.
Step 2
Verify ownership
We confirm you're the legitimate owner or manager. Once verified, your profile gets the badge and you unlock the full analytics dashboard.
Step 3
Start working your profile
Update your details, respond to any existing reviews, and start tracking the insight that helps you improve and win more bookings.
Limited founding spots
The first 50 businesses are free. Forever.
We're building Roamly's business directory from scratch and onboarding manually to make sure every listing is accurate and every owner is supported. That means founding businesses get real attention — not just a signup form.
As Roamly grows, so does your visibility. Being here early means being seen first by a traveler base that's growing around you.
How we keep this fair for everyone
Roamly's value to businesses depends entirely on travelers trusting the platform. That means we have rules that protect the integrity of the reviews — and we apply them equally to every business, regardless of size or spend.
